Let it Snow!

Just a quick note to let everyone know what the snow looks like this year. It's 17 degrees as I write this, it got into the mid twenties today and then fell off again. Frank of ATM insisted on clearing out the lot so that at least a few cars could park and get in and out. Warmer weather on Wednesday will hopefully allow the lot to clear naturally, but the cold temperatures are not done with us yet this year so we will wait and see.

Roof work on the northeast quadrant of the building was completed about a week before Christmas and repairs due to the leaks earlier in the year are well under way. The roofing company still plans to do the southeast quadrant before the Spring. We'll see if the weather permits it. There is still a lot of equipment and materials up there, but I'll post pictures once it's all tidied up.

The ocean is out there somewhere

Visibility facing west wasn't much better

Parking lot is clear enough for now
