Many things came together this past week. A break in the rainy weather was key to being able to get everything done.

The pool was set up well ahead of time. Other things such as fixes to balcony railings were high on the list too.

This week less critical things are being finished such as unit numbers, area for new 9-bike rack, and a bulletin board that we hope will help owners and renters stay up to date with what's going on.

Weather forecast for the weekend are still uncertain excellent!, and we hope to have the updated pool furniture out by Thursday (check) and some sprucing up of the grounds as well.

(Except the walkways to the beach damaged, but that almost always happens.)

It's COLD Outside!

Nice of them to tell us this AFTER it happens.

It's 22 degrees here right now (11 AM Tuesday) and got own to at least 19 overnight when I last looked, 3-4 AM.
